AQUISPIN CARD POLICY
1. Card Overview
1.1 The AQUISPIN contactless payment card is a prepaid payment method for accessing AQUISPIN services and facilities.
2. Balance Management
2.1 Card Balance Uploads
- Balances can be added through the AQUISPIN app or Value Add Centers (VACs)
- All balance uploads are non-refundable
- App balance uploads are instant and final
- Accidental large uploads may be refunded within 24 hours of transaction
3. Card Inactivity Policy
3.1 Inactivity Fees
- $2 fee charged after one year of account inactivity
- If balance is less than $2, entire balance will be deducted
- Cards inactive for over 2 years will be:
a) Deactivated
b) Remaining balance forfeited
4. Card Usage
4.1 Permitted Uses
- Payment for AQUISPIN services
- Access to facility rooms (e.g., bathrooms)
- Acts as a passkey and payment method
5. Card Management
5.1 Card Registration
- Can be added to app using registered email
- Linked to customer or employee details
- Managed by partner Cents (trycents.com)
6. Data Privacy
6.1 Customer Information
- Customer details secured and protected
- May be shared with parent company AQUINOVA GROUP
- Not shared with unauthorized parties
7. Refund and Deactivation Policy
7.1 Card Deactivation
- Customer-requested deactivation results in forfeiture of remaining balance
- No refunds will be issued upon deactivation
8. Additional Features
8.1 Partner Benefits
- Select partners may offer discounts
- RFID-enabled phones can function as card extension
9. Payment Methods
9.1 Accepted Payments
- All major payment types accepted at VACs
- Checks only accepted during staffed hours
